MTV Dance!

it was fun!!

before startin the dance, we did some strech-ups.. which i think i did horribly.. i cant stretch!!! eek. after the trainings of chi dance for nearly 10 yrs, my flexibility was totally wasted tt day. think too long nv do exercise le.. i kept losing my balance during the strech-ups.. LOL. i looked so clumsy lo. the warm ups were more difficult than i thought.. but the dance was ok, even though i forgot and skipped some steps sometimes. i hate the part when she took e video of us dancing with a faster tempo music! i forgot the steps when i had to force to dodge the pillar when i'm dancing.. but luckily i'm not the only one who forgot the steps.. most of us forgot, which messed up the whole routine.

at the end of the lesson we completed the whole dance, and lax was alr sweating like hell haha. it just felt so satisfactory to be dancing and exercising!!
